A self-hosted AI agent that keeps working after the chat ends. Runs as a service on your own server with an isolated Docker browser and terminal, controls Android devices, remembers context, and executes scheduled or event-triggered work.
A rocket launch controller built for safety: a custom single-layer PCB on ESP32 talking BLE to a mission-control dashboard. Guided connect → checklist → arm → countdown flow, 2 s link keepalive with a 700 ms heartbeat during countdown, live weather and ADS-B airspace GO/NO-GO checks, an OSM-based launch-site scorer, and a broadcast camera HUD that phones can subscribe to over SSE.
Private audio memory. Transcription, diarization, multilingual embeddings and the language model that writes your memories all run on your own machine — no account, no API key, nothing leaves the host. Clients buffer offline and resume idempotent uploads; one real conversation becomes exactly one memory.
A self-hosted AI email client for multi-user deployments. Per-user mailbox isolation with server-side authorization boundaries, an assistive-first AI layer that never sends or deletes without intent, a REST + MCP automation surface for external agents, and a built-in engine that files GDPR/CCPA removals with data brokers on your behalf.
Core contributor to the open-source AI wearable — 109 commits across firmware, backend and the app ecosystem, plus the community app platform that ships integrations to its users.

Most of my work starts the same way: something should exist, it doesn't, so I build it end to end — schematic to PCB, firmware to backend, API to the interface someone actually uses.
Under NeoLabs Systems I ship self-hosted AI products — an agent, an email client, an audio memory system — all designed so your data stays on your own machine instead of someone else's. Under NeoLabs Rockets I design flight hardware and the launch systems that make firing it safe.
